When my second child was born, at home it became too easy to get away with wearing baggy and garterized pants. After that, I never got back to my happy size. I ate a lot of sweets, and my weight crept up to 158 pounds.
I have yoyo dieted for years doing aerobics and drinking diet shakes. Whenever I stop, I would quickly gain all the pounds I lost. I was tired of dieting and failing until I discovered indoor walking. I do three 10-minute sets a day and with a little help from my fat burner, I quickly lost 13 pounds in one month.
There are times when I don’t feel like exercising but I still put on my shoes. It’s a good thing because once I’m dressed and ready, I start working out. I still have a long way to get back to my happy size, but now I’m sure I’m on the right track.

1Please tell me a little more about this “indoor walking.” Do you do it at home, at the mall? I quit smoking and have gained about 10 lbs on top of my already 30 lbs. over my ideal weight. But, the weather has been so bad that I don’t go out much.
