Did you know that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes? Research shows that the more coffee you consume, the lower your risk of developing the disease. Men who took about 6 cups or more cut their risk in half, while women who took the same amount cut their risk by 30 percent. Your java contains more antioxidants than chocolate, red wine and four times more than green tea. Surprised? Here’s more.
Some studies have shown that your daily dose reduces the risk of Parkinson’s Disease by as much as 80 percent. And just like with diabetes, the more you drink coffee, the lower the risk. Besides reducing your risk from both Diabetes and Parkinson’s, coffee helps you function effectively on daily activities. You become more alert and more focused, it gives you body endurance, and this one is new to me, it increases male fertility.
Other benefits you get from the morning kicker are; it helps reduce asthma attacks, it cuts the risk of liver cirrhosis, reduces risk of colon cancer, prevents tooth cavity, and reduces headaches. And there’s nothing to worry about your heart, recent studies show that drinking coffee does not raise the risk of heart disease. So you see, these are just some of the reasons why you should love coffee more, continuous studies are done about other benefits we could get from drinking coffee.

1Thanks for the info about type 2 diabetes, because I do love cakes and drink a lot of coffee. No I can have my cake with good conscience.

3I’m so glad to read this info. I love coffee and really enjoy some of the flavored type. I have to admit that I sometimes get the shakes when I drink too much so I have a question. Does the decaf have the same affect?
