This process banishes bloat, gas and cramps, plus, it helps maintain regularity.  Here, try this yummy and refreshing smoothie… In a blender, puree 1 pint low fat vanilla frozen yogurt; 1 cup fat-free milk; 1 cup dried pitted prunes, chopped; 2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 cups ice cubes for 1 minute or until smooth.  Divide mixture evenly among 4 chilled glasses.  Garnish smoothies with chocolate curls if desired.
