cup-of-coffee

Did you know that cofee influences the breast size of a woman?  I was surprised too when I read about it.  According to Helena Jernstrom, Ph. D., who did the research, female coffee drinkers had breasts that were 17 percent smaller than those who skipped the java.

Here’s more.  Coffee drinkers with a family history of breast cancer reduced their odds of developing the disease by 30 percent.  This is because of the brew’s phytonutrients that keep estrogen levels – and thus breast size and cancer risk – in check.  That’s one more great reason why I should enjoy a cup of joe.
