I  have always wanted to have my very own home theater.  It would be lovely to spend weekends with some friends, relaxing and enjoying a good movie or just watching my favorite shows with my family.  I could easily convert the spare room into one but I’m still contemplating if I should go ahead with it or not.  Just like everyone else, the budget is my main concern.

But a friend told me that Home Theater Systems now are more budget friendly.  And since I already have a TV and a DVD player,  I can still get a surround sound by just adding some speakers and an AV Reciever.  Surely, a home theatre system is comprised of many different components and you can get really creative and spend a lot for it.  But when you’re on a budget, there are many other available options.

For now, I will have to make do with the speakers and the receiver.  But I will definitely save up on the other add-ons and hopefully complete it in a few months.
