The 2024 gaming release calendar has hit a bit of a lull, and a conveniently timed GameStop sale on used games is a great way to quickly catch up on all of the biggest games you may have missed from earlier this year and beyond. A buy 2, get 1 free promotion will let you scoop up new hits like Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Tekken 8 for a decent discount off the total sticker price.

Here are some of the other games included in the current B2G1 deal:

  • Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
  • MLB The Show 24
  • Rise of the Ronin
  • Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
  • Helldivers 2
  • Unicorn Overlord
  • Persona 3 Reload
  • Princess Peach: Showtime!
  • Mario Vs. Donkey Kong
  • WWE 2K24
  • Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
  • Skull and Bones
  • Suicide Squad
  • Banishers: Ghosts of Eden

The only thing dictating which games you can mix-and-match for the promotion is whether GameStop has used versions of the games in stock at nearby stores or for shipping from its distribution centers. But given that 2023 was a banner year for big-budget releases which have all slashed their prices in the months since release, you can bundle plenty of other stuff together as well.

For example, you can grab Final Fantasy XVI, Armored Core 6, and Elden Ring ahead of June’s Erdtree expansion for just $90. Or you could grab Octopath Traveler 2, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and Diablo IV for just $65. Or you could draft off the Amazon Fallout TV show and grab Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 4 for just $27, assuming you have the Xbox 360 or the PS3 needed to play the first two. They really should port them to PS5 as part of a Fallout anthology collection. In the meantime, the Fallout 4 next-gen update drops for free later this month.
