I’m sure you already know that pomegranate juice delivers a lot of healthy benefits and one of them is it helps reduce joint pain. Here’s a recipe that you can enjoy especially during chilly nights.
In saucepan, bring 1/4 cup pomegranate juice, 3/4 cup water and 1 each halved orange slice and lemon slice just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 orange-and-spice black tea bag. Let steep 3 minutes. Remove tea bag and fruit, if desired. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
