I mentioned in my past post that avocado can help you trim down. Here’s a delicious smoothie recipe that will help you shed off unwanted pounds.
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 pkg. light key-lime yogurt
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- In blender, puree first 3 ingredients, 1 tsp. lime juice, 1/4 tsp. lime zest and 1/2 cup ice cubes 30 seconds or until smooth. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
