How true is this? Coffee bean extracts can melt away pounds? I just read about Dr. Oz’ latest discovery; he revealed that green coffee bean supplements can melt 1 pound a day. According to him, study reveals that coffee, in it’s purest, raw form, holds the secret to weight loss.  That’s because green beans are packed with chlorogenic acid, a natural plant compound that has an effect in the intestines that reduces the amount of glucose absorbed from the diet.

Other studies show that the extract also helps prevent fat absorption and helps curb cravings. Dr. Oz recommends taking 800 mg of green coffee extract 3o minutes before meal, twice daily.

I’ve been eating less and working out (to death!) for an hour a day for the last two months. Still, the scale needle won’t budge! Desperate to shed off the pounds, I researched online for tips to get rid of them. I found out that the best way to lose weight fast is to break down your workout to10-minutes bursts.  A short burst triggers metabolic changes that last for an hour.  That means you’re still losing weight even if you’ve  already stopped exercising.  Do it 3 times a day and you’re on your way to thin, fast.  I am definitely going to try this one and let you know what happens.  🙂

Remember my lost post about green tea uplifting moods?  Well, I have increased my tea intake to four cups since the other day.  I’ve been feeling great, really.  It could be the tea really works.   Another benefit I heard is that it helps you lose weight if you take more than 2 cups a day.  That I have to see.  I’ll update you if it worked.  😉
